Why choose us
Why Choose Review FIGHTERS
Because the people and platforms behind a defamatory review respond to a law firm. And because you deserve to see exactly what the firm did.
| ReviewFighters | Reputation vendors | |
|---|---|---|
| Who evaluates the review | An attorney, in writing, with reasoning | A sales rep or an algorithm |
| What the poster receives | A demand letter from a law firm, satisfying pre-suit notice | A takedown template, or nothing |
| What the platform receives | A legal removal request with evidence and attorney signature | The same 'flag' button you can press |
| If the review is not defamatory | We tell you, explain why, and do not chase it | You keep paying for 'suppression' |
| If demands fail | Litigation: injunction, damages, subpoenas to unmask anonymous posters | Nothing further is possible |
| What you see | Every step with date and time, every document, on your dashboard | A monthly report, if that |
| Pricing | Flat monthly plans or a flat fee per review | Open-ended retainers and 'guaranteed removal' upsells |
What we will not promise
Nobody can honestly guarantee that a specific review will be removed. Platforms make their own decisions, and some posters would rather be sued than back down. What we promise is that an attorney will evaluate the review, that the firm will act on it with the tools the law provides, and that you will know what happened at each step. If an assignment ends unsuccessfully, your dashboard will say so, with notes on what comes next.
What we do differently on the hard ones
- Competitor campaigns. Near-identical reviews across several businesses in a trade usually trace to one source. We document the pattern and put it in front of the platform and, when warranted, a court.
- Ex-partners and ex-employees. The poster is often known even when the account is anonymous. A demand letter to the right person ends most of these.
- Posts in closed groups. Community and neighbourhood groups spread fast and are hard to flag. We notify administrators and the poster in parallel.
- Review sites that refuse to engage. Some sites earn money from the content they host. For those, the letter goes to the poster and the hosting provider, and litigation is on the table early.
