This website is operated by Sword & Shield, PLLC (“the firm”) under its trade name ReviewFighters.com. This policy explains what we collect through the site and what we do with it. Last updated October 11, 2026.
What we collect
- Inquiry forms. Whether you are an individual, a business or a law firm; your name, phone, email, business or firm name, title, website, location, bar number, the platform and link to the review, and anything you write. Submitted forms are emailed to the firm and stored in our intake system.
- Accounts. Account type (individual or business), name, business name, title, website, phone, email, mailing address, a hashed password, and the assignments you create.
- Uploaded files. Screenshots, PDFs and documents you upload are stored in our database and are visible only to you and firm staff. The firm may use them in letters, platform requests and court filings on your behalf; that is their purpose.
- Payments. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and are never received or stored by the firm. We receive the payment amount, your name and email, and a Stripe reference. Monthly plans are billed by Stripe as subscriptions.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested). We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, to provide legal services if the firm accepts your matter, to process payments, to send transactional email (confirmations, receipts, password resets, assignment updates), and to operate and secure the site. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who sees it
Firm attorneys and staff; our service providers under confidentiality obligations (hosting on Vercel, database on Neon, email through Resend, payments through Stripe); the posting party, platforms and courts to the extent necessary to pursue your matter; a referring law firm where you were referred to us; and anyone we are required by law or court order to disclose to. Information you send before an attorney-client relationship is formed is treated as confidential to the extent the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar require.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can update your contact information from your dashboard, or ask us to delete your account by emailing legalteam@reviewfighters.com. We retain client files as the Florida Bar rules require.
