For law firms
Send us your defamation and review cases
You see these matters: a client with a false Google review, a business being attacked in a Facebook group, a professional defamed on a review site. We handle them under a referral arrangement and you follow every step.
How the partnership works
Refer the matter
Send the client to us or submit on their behalf. We confirm conflicts, send the engagement and referral-consent paperwork, and open the assignment.
We do the work
Attorney evaluation, demand and retraction letters, platform legal requests, and litigation when it is justified and approved.
You both see everything
The reporting sequence (accepted, finding, contact, progress, result) and every document is on the dashboard. Your client gets the same view you do.
Fees that comply
Referral fees structured under Rule 4-1.5(f)(4)(D) or your state's equivalent, with the client's written consent on file before any work is billed.
Where the written review can be left, we cover it
Review sites (Google, Yelp, Angi, BBB, Trustpilot, Healthgrades, Avvo, Zillow, Tripadvisor, Amazon), social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Nextdoor), employer-review sites (Glassdoor, Indeed), and anywhere else a written statement can be posted: blogs, forums, complaint boards, “cheater” sites, and personal websites.
Partner questions
What kinds of matters do you take from partner firms?+
Any written defamation online: reviews on Google, Yelp, Angi, Healthgrades, Avvo and the rest; posts on Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit and Nextdoor; blog posts, forum threads, 'cheater' and complaint sites, and employer-review sites like Glassdoor and Indeed.
How is the referral arrangement structured?+
Under the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, a referral fee requires the client's written consent and either a division based on each firm's work or joint responsibility for the matter. We send you the engagement and consent paperwork; you choose the structure that fits your firm. Out-of-state firms are handled under their own state's rule.
Who is the client?+
Your client. We appear for the defamation matter only, report to you and the client through the dashboard, and refer anything outside the engagement back to you.
Do you handle volume?+
Yes. Partner firms sending several matters a month are set up on a plan (currently up to 50 reviews a month at $425) with a single monthly invoice, or billed per matter.
