Pricing questions
What counts as one review?+
One review, post, comment or listing by one poster. If the same person posts the same thing on three platforms, that is three reviews, because each needs its own platform request and often its own evidence.
What is included in a plan?+
For every review up to your plan's limit: attorney evaluation with a written finding, cease-and-desist and retraction demand to the poster, legal removal request to the platform, progress reporting on your dashboard, and all correspondence shared with you.
What is not included?+
Litigation (filing suit, subpoenas to unmask anonymous posters, injunctions) is quoted separately and never started without your written approval. Court costs and local counsel outside Florida are extra.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?+
Each additional review in that month is billed at the single-review rate, or you can move up a plan from your dashboard before submitting it.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, from your dashboard, any time. The period you have paid for stays active to its end and assignments already open are finished.
Is there a contract?+
Plans are month to month. Your agreement is the terms of service plus the engagement confirmation the firm sends when it accepts an assignment.
